By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Euro and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are processed from Sweden. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost parcels caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure that your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return, please contact us, Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item.

We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible, but as many of our pieces are handcrafted, small variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of each item’s unique character and not considered defects.
